TEEClean^® Log Book

Retains successful TEEClean Automated TEE Probe Cleaner Disinfector cleaning and HLD cycles and creates a standard of care for TEE probe reprocessing. CS Medical developed the TEEClean Log Book as an aide to the healthcare professional in maintaining a continuous documentation log of successful cleaning and high-level disinfection cycles. The TEEClean, at the completion of successful cleaning and disinfection cycles, provides a print out that records the following data: run number, time/date of cleaning/HLD, operator number and name, time/temperature of TEEZyme and high-level disinfectant, etc. Many healthcare facilities SOP's require maintaining this data for an extended period of time and the TEEClean Log Book is the solution.
